Owner should apply for demarcation after obtaining building plan duly approved by CBC. DHA staff will give the physical demarcation at site which will be verified at site after physical erection of boundary pillars by the owner.

REQUIREMENT FOR DEMARCATION

  1. Demarcation NDC in original from Finance Directorate
  2. Simple Application
  3. Photo copy of Lease A / C
  4. Photo copy of Allotment / Transfer Order
  5. Photo copy of approval letter of Building Plan alongwith copy of approved Structure drawing(in case of Commercial Building).
  6. Site Plan Ammonia Print issued by the Authority on payment (valid for 2 years)
  7. Photocopy of CNIC
  8. AFTER SUBMISSION OF PAPER OWNERS ARE REQUESTED TO VISIT ADDITIONAL DIRECTOR PLANNING TO SIGN PAPERS AND OBTAIN DATE OF HANDING OVER OF PLOT ON GROUND.

  6. Site Plan Ammonia Print issued by the Authority on payment (valid for 2 years)
  7. Photocopy of CNIC
  8. AFTER SUBMISSION OF PAPER OWNERS ARE REQUESTED TO VISIT ADDITIONAL DIRECTOR PLANNING TO SIGN PAPERS AND OBTAIN DATE OF HANDING OVER OF PLOT ON GROUND.
