    • Scanned Copies of Colored 3D views, CBC approval letter / DHA provisional approval (as applicable), Letter for extension in construction time if applicable (from CBC/DHA), Photographs of building front, rear & side (if constructed) are required to be uploaded.
    • Only PDF or JPEG files.
    • Size per attachment must not be larger than 1 MB.
    • Payment can be made through pay order before visiting DHA for collection.
