General Power of Attorney (For Construction / Renovation)

    Instructions
    • To apply for General Power of Attorney following documents are required to be Uploaded:
      • Covering letter indicating purpose for General Power of Attorney.
      • Original General Power of Attorney (specimen attached).
      • One Affidavit (Specimen attached) on Rs.100/- Stamp Paper duly attested.
      • One Affidavit on Rs. 100/- Stamp Paper (Specimen attached) undertaking for (Alive) attested by an Oath Commissioner.
      • Two Passport Size Photographs of attorney attested by a Class-I Gazetted Officer/Oath Commissioner.
      • 1 X Photostat copy each of CNIC both parties. ( Front & Rear on Same side) Attested.
      • Membership of Both Parties (Executants & Attorney).
      • Once the application for general power attorney has been accepted please pay the fee in the Cash Counter Accts Branch. The Cash Counter will make the necessary endorsement on the covering letter.
      • The applicant to deposit the application at the Reception (T&R) and obtain a receipt. The receipt will indicate the date of collection.
    • Notes
    • All the dues must be cleared.
    • DHA does not accept sale, transfer, Gift, Hiba, Mortgage, Execution of B/C lease and CTC to be executed through Power of Attorney.
    • Attestation of Affidavits
      • Affidavit executed within Karachi (Pakistan) be got attested by Oath Commissioner/Noarty Public.
      • Affidavit executed outside Karachi (within Pakistan) be got attested by 1st class Magistrate.
      • Affidavits executed outside Pakistan be got attested from authorised officer of Pak Embassy abroad / Consulate General & will be verified from the Pak Embassy /Ministry of Foreign Affair by DHA at owner cost.
      • Scanned Copies of CNIC, Affidavit copy (Attorney), GPA copy, Life Certificate on Stamp Paper are required to be uploaded.
      • Only PDF & JPEG files to be uploaded(Max size 1MB).

      • Payment can be made through Pay Order before visiting DHA for collection.
